What We Offer

All services use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products to protect your health and the planet.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If our team arrives and cannot access the home, a $50 lockout fee will be charged.

No Contact Rule

To ensure consistent service and clear communication, please do not contact cleaners directly. All scheduling, questions, and service requests should be directed to our main office. This protects both clients and staff and helps maintain quality and professionalism.

Satisfaction Policy / No Refunds

Due to the high cost of labor, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not fully satisfied with an area of service, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the missed area at no additional charge.

Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, or bank transfer. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Home Access

To ensure a smooth visit, please provide access via key, lockbox/code, or by having someone present. Missed appointments due to lack of access may incur a lockout fee.

Pet Policy

We love pets! For safety, please secure any aggressive or nervous animals during our visit. Maid Green Fox Valley is not responsible for pets left unattended during service.

Damage Policy

We are fully insured and bonded. In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and address the issue. We are not responsible for damage to fragile, improperly installed, or pre-damaged items.

Privacy & Client Information

Your personal information—including name, phone, address, and email—is used solely for service coordination and communication. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties. All data is securely stored and handled with care.

Tipping

Tips are not required, but always appreciated. 100% of any tips go directly to the cleaning team.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or repeated last-minute cancellations.

Terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or written notice.
